Phillipa leads the International team at EIT, and has responsibility for the marketing, recruitment and international business operations.

Prior to joining EIT in 2012, Philippa was Head of International Student Recruitment at Anglia Ruskin University. She has also held international roles with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a London-based global relocation services company and the University of Gloucestershire.

After completing a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Modern Chinese Studies at Leeds University, Philippa worked for seven years recruiting international students for the University of Birmingham. She gained her Master of Arts in Pacific Asian Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
