Philippa moved from the UK to head EIT’s international marketing team.

Philippa holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Chinese Studies and a MA in Pacific Asian Studies. She loves working in international education.

Philippa will be developing EIT’s international strategy which includes a focus on further growth in international student numbers.  She will also be looking at how EIT might encourage the institute’s Kiwi students into learning opportunities overseas.

“We have international students enrolled from 41 different countries, and they come to us from all over the globe. Obviously, I am a great believer in the value of the overseas experience, and of living and studying in another country. We can’t survive in isolation and this is one of the best ways to learn from each other.“
