Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning Tests and Programmes
Being strong and in good condition isn’t just about building muscle and getting stronger; it’s also about maintaining strength and condition so that we can undertake activities of normal daily living without difficulty.
Strength and conditioning tests provide important information for individuals and athletes. This information can then be used to develop tailor-made programmes to maintain or develop strength and condition to get better results or make routine daily tasks easier.
Costs are shown for individual testing in our lab at EIT ISH.
Contact us for pricing for groups and offsite testing.
Strength and Conditioning Tests
Strength for Life
The following tests are useful to identify areas that could be improved to make it easier to undertake tasks associated with daily living.

The Chair Stand test is a simple used to assess leg strength and endurance. The aim is to sit and stand from a straight backed-chair as many times as possible in 30 seconds.

Strength for Sport
Dynamic, isometric strength, and power are critical components of virtually all sports.

All tests include a full report explaining the results.
