
Enhance your wine experience by learning from a wine professional.
During this course you will practice wine sensory techniques and recognise specific NZ wine styles.
Upon completion of the course you will be able to explain the basics concepts of how white, red, and sparkling are made, be able to recognise some of the most common wine faults and speak with increased confidence about wine.
This course runs Wednesday nights from 6.00pm – 8.00pm over six weeks.
