The assessment is separated into three parts. The parts can be undertaken separately, or provided as a whole depending on individual requirements.

These tests will provide information on your general health and wellness. This information will allow you to make informed decisions about steps that might be needed to improve your health and reduce the risk of developing diabetes or heart disease.
a) Resting Heart Rate
b) Blood Pressure

Health and Wellness Testing
Skinfold Testing Level 1 and 2
Skinfold testing is a relatively simple method of estimating the percentage of body-fat by taking measurements of skinfolds at a number of different locations on the body. Body-fat percentage is then calculated from well researched formulas.
Our skilled skinfold testers have substantial experience and some have completed training from the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK). The level one testing provides basic assessment of body composition derived from measurements of seven skinfold sites. The level two testing provides a more comprehensive assessment of body composition derived from a combination of skinfold measurement, bone breadths, and limb and torso girths.
Cost:
Level 1 Skinfold testing $45 per individual
Level 2 Skinfold testing $95 per individual
Fit3D Body Scan
The Fit3D 360o body scan provides you with accurate measurements of your whole body, body composition analysis, weight, height, and posture analysis. Also included is a proprietary body shape scoring based on scientifically reviewed data. There is no radiation involved so scanning is completely safe for individuals with implants and artificial joints, and pregnant women.
Visual before and after comparisons make it easier to see changes in body shape along with changes in measurements. Reports are delivered automatically to your email and can be monitored remotely via online dashboard. All this in less than a minute.
Cost:
Single scan $75 per individual
Subsequent scans $50 per individual
Accuniq Body Composition Analysis
The Accuniq BC380 uses proprietary engineering innovations and advanced BIA techniques to produce safe, non-invasive analysis of your body composition.
A small electrical current is passed through your body to measure resistance to current flow. Muscle and water are good conductors, body fat is a poor conductor. By analyzing the different rates of current conduction, the Accuniq BC380 will quickly and accurately provide your body composition analysis information.
Most of us have heard of body mass index (BMI) however, that measure just looks at your height and weight. Traditionally a high BMI would be used to determine whether or not you are overweight or obese. But you can have a lot of muscle and still have a high BMI without being obese. A simple, quick, non-invasive BIA body scan using the Accuniq BC380 can give you peace of mind in seconds.
This information can help you make the lifestyle choices needed to improve your health and your wellness. The Accuniq BC380 should not be used by people with an electrical implant such as pacemakers, or pregnant women.
Cost:
Single analysis $60 per individual
Subsequent analyses $40 per individual
Lung Function Test
Lung function tests are breathing tests used to provide an assessment of how well your lungs are working. The test assesses your airway function, lung size, and efficiency of the gas exchange or oxygen movement in your lungs.
Lung function testing is quick and easy to perform using a spirometer. The spirometer measures the volume of air entering and leaving your lungs as you breathe as hard, fast, and as completely as possible. The results of the test can provide early indication of lung disease or illness at an early stage, often before symptoms are apparent.
Anybody who is exposed to hazardous chemicals, has had a respiratory disease, or experiences shortness of breath should have a lung function test. Tests can be provided individually at our lab at EIT ISH or for groups in the workplace.
Cost:
Individual Lung Function Test $95 per individual
