We are thrilled to announce the re-opening of our student-run Beauty Clinic, Refresh.

Exciting news:  Refresh Beauty Clinic is back open on Tuesdays and we are expanding availability. Starting September 6th, we will also be open on Friday mornings in addition to Tuesdays!   

We’d love for you to secure your spot by booking your appointment online.  Come and discover the exceptional services our students offer every Tuesday from 9am to 3pm, and starting September, also on Fridays from 9am to 12pm during term time.

We have a wide range of services available, including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and more. We are fully stocked with all your favourite products including a range of clearance items such as nutritional products and body care.

Here’s what you need to know before you come in:

• Find us at:  58 Munroe Street Napier, with convenient free two-hour parking right outside.
• Booking Made Easy: Simply visit our online booking portal to schedule your appointment. Manage your bookings effortlessly, whether it’s adding or cancelling services.
• Cashless Convenience: We’ve gone entirely cashless! Payments can be made using credit/debit cards or electronic wallets.
• Cancellation Policy: We understand plans change, but please be considerate of our students’ time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly do so via our online booking system, you can also cancel your booking by emailing us at refresh@eit.ac.nz. Failure to show up may affect future bookings.

In addition to our full complement of beauty services, we are excited to re-introduce our range of beauty products available for purchase.  You can now browse and buy high-quality skincare and beauty products including Ginger & Me, O’Cosmedics, Pure Fiji, Bestow and more.

• Not all treatments are available all year.  If you cannot find an appointment slot it may be the treatment is not available at this time.
• Appointment times will vary according to the availability of appropriately trained students.
• While every reasonable effort is made to provide you with a satisfactory body and/or beauty treatment, EIT is not liable for any adverse effects of any treatments performed by their students.
• The clinic is part of the students’ training, so your patience and understanding is appreciated.
• Cancellations and disruptions may occasionally occur due to the nature of the clinic.
• Refresh Beauty Therapy Clinic can only treat persons 16 years and over.
