EIT’s First Impressions Survey is used to determine how well EIT services have enhanced the student experience and met student needs in their first six weeks of study. The survey provides the students with a formal opportunity to give feedback on the services they have received and helps to identify opportunities for improvement. EIT’s Service Sections and individual programmes use this information to improve the enrolment process, library and learning services, IT services and the first weeks in individual programmes, for example the orientation process.
