Bake your way around the world with traditional and modern biscuits originating from all corners of the globe.  Chef Kylie will take you on a  journey from soft and chewy to crunchy and brittle – and everything in between.  A great way to explore other cultures – through the world of cookies.

Students must be 14+ and still be at secondary school.

Duration: Three days, 9am-3pm each day

Dates: 12, 13 & 14 July 2022
