EIT’s Certificate in Food Handling helps attendees understand how to keep food safe and customers from getting food-borne illnesses. The course meets Napier and Hastings Council’s requirements as a Food Worker in any hospitality business.
The course works through the Food Control Plan and all the forms you would be using on a shift to ensure food is safe and meeting compliance requirements.
Duration: Two days, 9am-3pm each day
