Dr Karen Munday has an extensive background in health, initially as a registered nurse, including organizing feeding centres in South Sudan and Afghanistan, before moving into the area of nutritional science. She will be teaching courses across the post-graduate programme. |

Kirsten Westwood is the Head of School for Health and Sport Science at EIT, incorporating the new Masters in Health Science Programme. She has a background in commercial law, physiotherapy and health promotion. |

Dr Patrick Lander has taught across a number of fields in sport science both face-to-face and online. He will be developing the Nutrition for Special Populations, Research Methods and Independent Scholarly Project courses as part of the Master of Health Science. |
