EIT was pleased to welcome Vice Chancellor Dr Shankar B Dandin, and Dr A B Patil from The University of Horticultural Sciences in Karnataka, India.  Dr Dandin and Dr Patil met with the School of Applied Science in order to develop the wine department and programmes at UHS, and to discuss opportunities for collaborative academic study.  This was the second time EIT has welcomed UHS, and the visit resulted in a Memorandum of Understanding being extended and strengthened academic relationships.
