Profile

I started my career in a five star resort in Noosa, Queensland in 1990. I went on to cook in a fine dining seafood restaurant in Sydney, then completed several seasons in an Australian ski chalet, before returning to Napier. I have been teaching culinary arts at the Eastern Institute of Technology since 1999. I have a passion for teaching people the craft of cooking and enjoy using the high quality produce available in Hawkes Bay and using modern trends in gastronomy for our culinary arts students.
