As Executive Director, Operations, Glen is accountable for campus operations in Hawke’s Bay, Tairāwhiti and Auckland, and leads key portfolios including Marketing, Facilities, People and Culture, Capital Planning and Projects, and Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) coordination.

With over 23 years of service at EIT, Glen has a wealth of experience and institutional knowledge. His previous leadership roles include:
