Chris studied and worked extensively overseas – he has an industry background with Hilton International Hotels and Tourism Training NSW, which involved Food & Beverage operations and management, Human Resources, training and consultancy.

Chris is a current member of the Institutes of Technology Tourism and Hospitality Forum. He also judges at local and national Salon Culinaire competitions  and is committed to ensuring EIT graduates are well prepared to take their place within the hospitality industry.
