Steve looks after the EIT winery and small vineyard. The school is proud that he keeps both up to good industry standards.

He also produces research microvins (small batch) for EIT researchers and external research organisations.

Steve came to EIT with extensive NZ and overseas winery experience. His last role as senior winemaker for Wickham Hill Winery in NSW Australia.

He provides students an excellent example of industry good practice as well as invaluable advice how to make and then improve their wines.
