EIT’s new short course combines pottery and fine dining

December 20, 2020

Following the success of previous cookery short courses, EIT is now offering a unique short course where pottery meets fine dining.

The course is run by local pottery artist Holly Morgan (morganmade) and EIT chef tutor Amanda Libeau at EIT Hawke’s Bay.

Attendees will get their hands in the clay to craft a plate that will be glazed and fired while also learning how to cook a mouth-watering meal to be served on the ceramic plate they have created.

Date: 18, 22 & 25 January 2021 (3 x 4 hour sessions)
Time: 5pm – 9pm (with the dinner on the last night so finishing late)
Where: EIT Hawke’s Bay – P Block, Scholars Restaurant
Cost: $350

For more info and registrations, people can contact Trish McLoughlin, PMcloughlin@eit.ac.nz and on 06 830 1133 ext 5033.
