Campus manager Simon Bousfield presents Paul Roberts from Roberts Tree Surgeons with the EIT Tairawhiti sponsored professional and service excellence award at the 2013 Westpac Gisborne Business Excellence Awards at the weekend. Simon congratulated Roberts Tree Surgeons and paid tribute to all who had entered the awards, saying EIT Tairawhiti is proud to be involved once again. It was one of a clutch of awards handed out to the best of the region. Roberts Tree Surgeons also went on to win the small business award while Eastland Group scooped the pool winning the supreme business of the year crown, along with the large business excellence trophy and the manufacturing and distribution excellence award. The awards were presented at a sell-out gala dinner attended by more than 220 people.
