My brother attended EIT and is now a qualified officer in the Navy, this inspired me to study at EIT. Ive always had a passion for cars and EIT has great tutors and workshops. I am proud to say you will come out better off at EIT than anywhere else.
EIT offers a wide range of support services to enable to you to make the most of your tertiary study opportunities.
We offer an ongoing Careers Counselling Service, a Learning Skills Centre for individual and group assistance, Pouwhirinaki support (Māori and Pacific Island students), a Disability Liaison Service provides a comprehensive range of services to ensure students have equal study opportunities.

Many people who study at EIT have young families and take advantage of the on-campus fully licenced Childcare Centre. A bookshop provides stationery, textbook and gift services, plus a whole lot more.
With superbly designed buildings creating a supportive environment, EIT can claim one of the most beautiful tertiary campuses in New Zealand.
Providing spaces that are attractive, exciting and special in order to diffuse the levels of stress involved in the learning process, has been an important feature of campus design.
The boldness of shape and colour together with the landscaped, park-like grounds help students perform to their best ability. Leading-edge technology is used in the lecture theatres for the benefit of the students.
