Jenny Willson (Lowry) teaches cooking skills from 1982-2003 and designed and managed the professional catering section.  Jenny Willson is with students on an ACCESS Restaurant Skills Course at the Polytechnic’s Prize giving in 1989.

Yo Imrie is appointed the first Staff Development tutor and begins to develop a Teaching Adults Certificate (CAT) with assistance from Nisbet Smith, Jenny O’Connor, Anne Maguire and Jean Johnston.
