Stefan Schmith is our new Bakery tutor and like his German Master Baker grandfather, he takes his baking very seriously! He is a third generation baker, German born and trained.

Stefan is well known in and around Hawke’s Bay for his mobile wood fired pizzas served at the Hawke’s Bay Farmers’ Market and many other venues. He will be teaching the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Baking out of the old Heaven’s Bakery in Meeanee Road in Taradale.
