What did you like about the programme you studied at EIT?
I studied at EIT for 3 years which included a Level 5 cookery programme. My passion has always been cooking. This programme helped me to take that passion to the next level. The amazing thing about the programme is that it focuses on both the practical aspects and the theory.
How did your lecturers and learning advisors help and inspire you?
My lecturers helped me in many ways throughout my journey at EIT. They were very helpful and dedicated. I was inspired by their personalities and attitudes.
How will your programme and experience at EIT help you in your future career?
The qualification I gained from EIT is recognised all over the world. Hospitality is an evergreen industry and with this qualification and experience, it will be so much easier for me to find a good job. Overall, the experience at EIT was amazing.
What was the highlight of your time at EIT?
I did a mentoring program for the new incoming cookery students which was a good chance to share my experience and knowledge. I participated at the regional A&P shows in 2018 and 2019 as well as the F.A.W.C! event held in 2019.
What advice would you give to future students who are thinking of studying at EIT?
Choosing EIT as your study partner could be one of the best choices you make in your life. There are so many study pathways available at EIT. Choose what is best for you. You will get all the support you need for your studies at EIT.
