Receive essential training on all things related to food safety, such as hand hygiene, personal hygiene, cleaning, food allergens, potentially hazardous food, preventing cross contamination, and much more.

Upon completion of this certificate you will have gained knowledge on how to implement a food control plan.

Please bring a verified copy of your passport or birth certificate when enrolling.

Dates:  20 & 21 April

Duration: Two days (9am-2pm each day)
