Receive essential training on all things related to food safety, such as hand hygiene, personal hygiene, cleaning, food allergens, potentially hazardous food, preventing cross contamination, and much more.

Upon completion of this certificate you will have gained knowledge and training in your regions Food Safety Bylaws.

This course meets the Napier City Council and Hastings District Council Food Safety Bylaws (Level 1 and 2).

Please bring a verified copy of your passport or birth certificate when enrolling.

Dates: 26 & 27 April

Duration: Two days (9am-3pm each day)
