Learn about the history of coffee, how to operate and maintain espresso machines, get hands-on practical training for all coffee styles and an introduction to customer service skills.

Students must be 16 years or older.

Duration: Two consecutive Mondays, 9.00am – 3.00pm.

Dates:  Monday, 27 June and Monday, 4 July 2022
