A huge congratulations to the Level 6 Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design students for their designs and subsequent presentations to the Napier City Council, Hawke’s Bay Regional Council and Emergency Management Teams on the possible redesigns of the National Aquarium of New Zealand Education Centre on Marine Parade.  This was a real life design project for a real client and it was exhilarating to sit on the presentations.

Also a huge thanks to the teaching staff who have guided and supported the students on their journey.  This is an ideal example of Polytechnic learning – relevant to the work place.  Well done to all.
