New Tairāwhiti Polytechnic conservation corps tutor Andrew McCulloch has the perfect job. He is tasked with teaching 16 to 24-year-olds all about the joys of the nature.
Included in the free Gisborne course are plenty of outdoor activities, with a broad conservation focus; [students] could be tramping, learning navigation skills, pest control, gaining first aid, kayaking, snorkelling, or fishing.
