Profile
Ondene is the Head of School for Health and Sport Science. Prior to moving to Hawkes Bay in 2016, Ondene taught and conducted research in linguistics at Stellenbosch University in South Africa and Canterbury University in Christchurch. At EIT, Ondene initially worked as Faculty Education Advisor, applying her knowledge and experience of tertiary education to academic quality assurance and programme development. Ondene’s goal for the School of Health and Sport Science is to continue to deliver programmes that are fit for purpose and tailored to the needs of the region.
