Hospitality - Marae Cookery
Gunther Tuhi was originally trained in the EIT chef programme, and has since worked in various eating establishments around the country including Auckland’s Sky City. He has taught Marae Cookery at his home marae last year, Omahu, and this year is teaching the EIT Marae Cookery programme at the Pukemokimoki marae in Maraenui.
You will be able to taste samples of their work at the EIT Taste Cultures Day in March.
