Fancy your chances directing on the silver screen? With this diploma you’ll gain the theoretical, operational and technical skills required produce high definition video, broadcast and electronic multimedia to professional publishing standards.

As part of this diploma you’ll work with experienced industry professionals, writing and directing your own projects and crewing on your classmates’ projects. Not only will you have state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and software at your fingertips, but you’ll also learn from highly trained lecturers with specialist expertise and experience in screen production nationally and internationally.

As part of this diploma you’ll work with experienced industry professionals, writing and directing your own projects and crewing on your classmates’ projects. This programme is designed to:

  • Deliver practical and technical skills in all facets of screen production.
  • Create understanding of the language of light, vision and sound.
  • Provide organisational and management skills to complete audio-visual projects.
  • Teach scriptwriting of a television commercial and a short film.
  • Create independent producers of audio visual material.
  • Teach working ethics, standards and regulations of the industry.
  • Create effective and professional team players, ready to join the screen production industry.
