The Digital Skills Pathway [Level 4] is a nationally recognized full-time, 19 week programme (or equivalent part-time) which offers you stimulating technology studies and provides a pathway towards your professional qualification in the computing industry.
The Digital Skills Pathway [Level 4] is ideal if you are a school-leaver without University Entrance or just want to get started in IT with the aim of progressing further in study and your career. The programme involves stimulating technology studies and provides you with a pathway towards a professional qualification in the computing industry, such as a Bachelor of Computing Systems (BCS).
This programme is designed for school-leavers without University Entrance, anyone wanting to get a start in studying IT, or anyone wishing to progress further in their professional IT studies.
This 19 week programme will prepare graduates for further study at EIT on the Bachelor of Computing Systems (BCS) degree.
The BCS is designed to prepare graduates for a professional career in IT.

Career Opportunities & Outcomes
The qualification may provide access to positions in general business requiring a broad knowledge of hardware, software and information systems. However, the main purpose of the qualification is to provide a platform for more advanced study in Information Technology.

Successful completion of this programme leads to entry to the Bachelor of Computing Systems.
