Intro

If you want a hands-on role in a vineyard or winery then this certificate is the perfect place to start. You will gain a sound base of theory alongside valuable practical skills, setting you on a path to tending the vines and working in the cellar.

In Tairāwhiti, Gisborne, you will experience winemaking throughout an entire vintage in the on-campus commercial winery.  And, in the vineyard operations component of this programme, you will assist with the management of both the on-campus and commercial vineyards.
