“The full body red wine from Hawke’s Bay is becoming famous in China so I really wanted to gain some experience in New Zealand of wine making practices, and find any differences between New Zealand and Chinese methods. I am very glad that I got the chance to learn from the informative teachers and work with some winemakers who have had lots of experience. EIT is a good place to study; everyone is full of passion and enthusiasm, and willing to help each other. I love EIT and Hawke’s Bay wine.”
