Plant Based cooking is more than just a movement, it’s a way of life. You might live on a plant based diet, or simply looking to add more variety into your meals. Either way, plant based eating is not only great for you, but its also sustainable.

This two evening short course introduces you to exciting recipes and gives you a taste of what our one day a week, for 25 weeks, plant based training scheme is all about. This taster will introduce you to recipes like:

DAY ONE: Kimchi and Tofu Dumplings with Thai Broth
DAY TWO: Salted Caramel raw slice

$165 for both days
