The EIT Certificate in Food Handling helps attendees understand how to keep food safe and customers from getting food-borne illnesses. The course meets Council’s requirements as a Food Worker in any hospitality business.

The course works through the Food Control Plan and all the forms you would be using on a shift to ensure food is safe and meeting compliance requirements.

Duration: Two Afternoons, 3pm-7pm both days

Dates: 16 & 17 June 2022
