Join us for an exciting new short course where you can combine your love for bread and beer, and further your baking skills using beer bread grains. This course will be led by expert baker Harold Mauch, in association with GodsOwn Brewery.

During this course you will prepare, process and bake different products using beer. These delicious products will include beer bread with grains, German brezeln and cheese sticks, Rye bread and its variations. 

Duration: One Evening, 5.30pm-9pm 

Date: 1 August 2022
