EIT’s ideaschool is staging a fashion exhibition showcasing past and present student work. 

The week-long exhibition Moving Forward Looking Back will be held over a week in Napier’s Ocean Boulevard. 

The free event will include interactive challenges for the public, mannequins displaying garments designed and made by students, video footage of student fashion shows and archival information dating back to 1991 when EIT first added fashion to its study programmes.

There will also be updates available on the new Diploma in Fashion programme being launched next year.

The pop-up exhibition will be open 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, 26-30 September, and 10am-2pm on Saturday, 1 October.  The mall venue is a shop formerly occupied by Caroline Eve.
