New Head of Business School

September 21, 2015

Rebekah-Dinwoodie-LRNew head of school for business, Rebekah Dinwoodie feels she is returning to her roots working at EIT.

Rebekah worked for 10 years in various roles at EIT, leaving in 2012 for a management role at Taratahi Agricultural Training Centre.

At 36, she agrees she is young to now be heading EIT’s business school but says she has always had bold aspirations – “I’m just very motivated I think.”

The former secondary school teacher, partner Tim Forster and the couple’s young children, Zoe and Kate, live on a 4ha block at Bridge Pā.
Rebekah aims to complete her Master in Management degree this year.

Responsible also for overseeing the business qualifications offered at EIT’s Tairāwhiti and Auckland campuses, she says NZQA’s review of
qualifications is likely to result in a new suite of business qualifications in the school.
