The Bachelor of Applied Social Sciences degree provides specific training for work in the social services as a social worker and starts mid-February
You can study either fulltime or part-time and you will use online tools to aid your learning. This is a flexible programme that is family friendly.
Our graduates gain jobs working in agencies like
• Child, Youth and Family,
• Child, Adolescent and Mental Health Services,
• Presbyterian support,
• Disability Resource Centres,
• Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga,
• regional prisons,
• and other social service agencies.
