There is a new suite of hospitality programmes covering everything from café service and restaurant skills through to a two-year diploma in cookery or patisserie.

Students team up to work across programmes and at events like Toque d’Or, the national competition for hospitality industry trainees.

EIT’s large modern training production kitchens are complemented by the fully licensed Scholars restaurant and café. It provides opportunities for students to hone their skills, preparing and serving food to the public.

The new-look Diploma in Professional Chef Practice allows culinary students to specialise in cookery or patisserie.

Interested in front of house?  There is an introductory level, or for those seeking a more advanced level for café or restaurant service, including barista training, bar and wine knowledge and food and wine matching.  Complete it in just six months.
