Throughout the year, EIT Tairawhiti opens its doors so that any prospective students can learn more about the programmes we offer.
In addition to hosting an event at the annual A&P Show, EIT Tairawhiti participates in a number of community events such as the annual Ka Pai Kaiti Waitangi Day celebrations, the annual kapa haka competitions.
EIT Tairawhiti has formed a relationship with Canteen over the last couple of years and supports the child cancer foundation by contributing funds raised from White Elephant sales.
Our student recruitment team head to the district’s outlying areas to talk to prospective students about life at EIT Tairawhiti.
An opportunity for high school students to experience the programmes and study pathways available at EIT Tairawhiti.
Following on from Taste of Tertiary, this campaign gives high school students an opportunity to more thoroughly experience their programme of interest.
Our student recruitment team and liaisons meets with career advisers and teachers to provide information that assists them in helping their students make the right choices; and also works closely with students to help them map their tertiary plan and pathway.
