Strategic Plan
EIT Tairﾄ『hiti”s strategic plan 2007-11 was developed following input from a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. The TEC has endorsed the overall direction proposed.
In the short term the EIT Tairawhiti窶冱 goals are to maintain academic standards; restore financial viability by better matching costs to revenue; and establish timely control systems and processes to ensure stronger management control.

Annual Reports
Annual Report 2009 – For the first time in five years we recorded a financial surplus; we also re-established very good basic administration processes; continued campus upgrades; and continue to work diligently towards the betterment of the community through education.
Unfortunately, despite this, the Government窶冱 Budget announcements mean to achieve sustainability we must explore our options for viability through partnership with EIT.
