English Language Courses

The English Language Centre has spacious, well-equipped classrooms, a Language Laboratory and a student common room with internet suite.

Orientation to study at EIT and living in New Zealand takes place at the beginning of every course. All students receive a certificate of completion at the end of their study.

  • English for Business

    An English for Business course, designed to enhance students’ understanding and use of business English and prepare them for future business practice.

    Entry Requirements

    IELTS Academic 5.0 or similar level.

    Available on an occasional/on demand basis throughout the year

    Fees

    $350 per week

    Academic Skills for Business Studies as part of a one year Diploma in Applied Business.

    This is a pathway to a Bachelor degree or New Zealand Diploma of Business for students whose level of English does not meet the entry requirements. IELTS 5 or 5.5 is entry for this course (subject to numbers).

    Group Tours
