    Cadets are employed full-time, studying part-time over three years towards their National Certificate. A level 2 Certificate can be achieved in Year One and a Level 4 Certificate in Year Two.

    Study includes both on and off-job components, through on-job assessment, block courses and EIT tutorials. Cadets gain a well rounded understanding of the industry and the skills required for fruit production.
