    The National Certificate in Computing (Level 3) is designed to:

    • recognise an intermediate level of computing skills
    • provide a qualification for employment
    • provide a stepping stone to diploma or degree level study 
  • Outline

    The FREE National Certificate in Computing (Level 3) is a part-time programme providing the next step for those who have completed the National Certificate in Computing (Level 2) or for those with the equivalent of Level 2 computing skills.

    The programme consists of 11 unit standards. When you enrol, you will be enrolled into the first unit standard only. To collect the pack of resources for you to start your studies, you will have to attend a short Getting Started session at your closest EIT centre. When you have successfully completed this first unit, you will enrol into the next unit standard and be issued the next workbook. This process will continue through the 11 unit standards.
