  • Outline

    The Certificate in Wine is designed to enable students to develop skills and knowledge in:

    • Winemaking
    • Vineyard Management
    • Winery Management
    • Vineyard Establishment
    • Wine and Juice Analysis
    • Sensory Evaluation of Wine
    • Winery Engineering
  • Duration

    The programme commences in February however it is possible to enrol at a later time as the programme is designed to be flexible.

  • Entry

    This programme is open entry, which means that there are no formal academic requirements, but a high level of motivation and interest is recommended.

    Applicants must be over 18 years of age on 1st Feburary of the year they apply for entry into this programme.  Applicants under 18 years may be provisional accepted into the programme but restricted in which courses they are enrolled in until they turn 18 years of age.
