These programmes are designed to help you gain in-depth understanding of society, understand and know more of yourself and heighten your ability to communicate and express yourself in wide ranging interactions. Many options are available in these disciplines including Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education), Graduate Diploma in Teaching, Bachelor of Applied Social Sciences (Social Work/Counselling) and many more.

Take the opportunity to be raised to higher levels of creative expression through fine arts, design and crafts and video and electronic media. Students present, fashion shows, exhibitions and much more. Options available in these disciplines include: Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design, Diploma in Visual Arts and Design, Diploma in Video and Electronic Media, Certificate in Fashion Apparel.
- Visitor Industry
The Visitor Industry Section offers a diverse range of programmes that provide students with the opportunity to learn in state-of-the-art on-site kitchens, a public restaurant, travel agent and motel facilities. Programmes include the Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts, the Diploma in Patisserie, and the Diploma and Certificate in Tourism and Travel. An English as a Second Language programme is also offered.
