The School of Hospitality staff and students look forward to welcoming you to Toru Restaurant and Pop-Up Café @ RSU in 2016.

This year we have three Hospitality qualifications being delivered in Gisborne, with each programme offering varied and exciting dining options.

Toru Restaurant:

Our new Level 4 Cookery students will be starting the year off with a Gourmet Barbeque lunch with a tempting selection of BBQ items plus salads and desserts.

Breakfasts are on offer again over a four week period in April and May. Be in quick as these were very popular last year for breakfast meetings, or as a great way to start the day.

A la carte dinners run through May and June with the final 2 weeks ending with our very popular Mid Winter Christmas dinners. We will also be offering our Mid- Winter Christmas Bistro lunch over these 2 weeks as well.

POP-UP Café – 8.00am – 1.30pm, Rural Studies Unit, Stout Street, Gisborne

The Pop-up Café will be providing counter service lunches prepared and served by students across all our Hospitality programmes. They will be serving a fabulous selection of café style foods and our great locally produced ‘Far East’ espresso coffee. Espresso and muffins are available from 8am with lunch from 12.00pm – 1.30pm.
