  • Faculty of Commerce and Technology | Te Manga Kaupapa Tauhokohoko, Hangarau
  • Faculty of Education, Humanities and Health Science | Te Manga Kaupapa Matauranga, Ahurea, Hauora

  • 10,817 students enrolled
  • 158 programmes offered
  • 15 degrees, 17 post graduate programmes and 7 master’s degrees
  • 4,104 qualifications were achieved
  • 39% of students were under 25 years
  • 59% of students were female
  • 78% Māori student participation in Tairāwhiti
  • 46% Māori student participation in Hawke’s Bay
  • 22% of students studied at degree level or higher
  • 1,462 international students studied at EIT
  • Students were from 45 countries
  • 39 EIT researchers awarded a national ranking
