Hayley Neil, Clients Services Representative at Riversun

A supportive community feel at EIT Tairāwhiti proved just the ticket for business graduate Hayley Neil.

The Riversun client services representative took two-and-a-half years to complete her New Zealand Diploma in Business at the Tairāwhiti campus, and is already continuing with further studies.

“It is such a great place to study,” says Hayley.

“Everyone really helped each other. One of the biggest pluses was the community feeling at the campus.”

Hayley had previously studied a business administration course in Wellington, and on returning from offshore, wanted to take those skills to the next level.

“My qualifications have helped me in different ways than I thought they would,” she said.

Coming to the fore has been the communication side of the diplomas, which has been a huge assistance in fine tuning Hayley’s writing skills and how she communicates with clients.

She is loving being home in Gisborne and thriving in her work at Riversun where she is immersed in the world of vines and viticulture.
